The Braun one is good. You can just leave the charger in your
bedroom. Just a tip if you are getting the electrical toothbrush -
try not to put it back to the charger everytime you finish using
them. Generally, for a full charge, it should last you for a week
so just charge it once a week. That will prolong the battery
life.
You can't change the battery so when the battery dies, that's the
end of the toothbrush and it's time to get another one.
I made a mistake for putting it back to the charger and now if I
leave it out of the charger for a day, the battery will discharge
very quickly. So I end up having to let it charge everyday.
